Delete Your Account
How to permanently remove your Talkoraa account and data.
You can delete your Talkoraa account at any time. Once deleted, your profile, messages, matches, and wallet balance cannot be recovered.
Account settings are available from your Profile screen in the app.
Delete your account in the app
Follow these steps inside the Talkoraa app on your phone:
- 1Open the Talkoraa app and sign in with your registered phone number.
- 2Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
- 3Tap Settings (gear icon) or Account Settings.
- 4Scroll down and select Delete Account.
- 5Read the confirmation message, then tap Confirm or Delete My Account to finish.
Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion. You may be signed out immediately after confirmation.
What happens when you delete
- Your profile, photos, bio, and preferences are permanently removed.
- Your chat history, matches, and call records are deleted from our systems.
- Any unused wallet balance or coins cannot be refunded after deletion.
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Talkoraa again.
This action cannot be undone. Please make sure you want to permanently delete your account before confirming.
Can't access the app?
If you are unable to sign in or delete your account from the app, email us from your registered address or include the phone number linked to your account:
Subject line: Account Deletion Request. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
